Počasi primešamo moko, pomešano s pecilnim praškom in na koncu v maso dodamo na majhne koščke narezano čokolado. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Srednje velik pekač obložimo s peki papirjem, vanj vlijemo maso in pečemo 15 do 20 minut na 200 stopinjah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pustimo, da se ohladi, medtem skuhamo jagodni puding po navodilih in ga prelijemo po pecivu. Prelijemo z vinom in kisom, pustimo, da se malo pokuha, nato vse skupaj prelijemo čez ocvrte sardele katere smo predhodno zložili v posodo. Iz beljakov naredimo trd sneg, ga stresemo v skledo čez rumenjake, nato še moko in narahlo premešamo. Pripravimo pekač, ga namažemo z maščobo in potresemo z moko ali pa obložimo s peki papirjem. Nanj stresemo pripravljeno maso, jo razgrnemo po pekaču za cca 1 cm na debelo. Pečemo pri 200 do 250 stopinjah cca 7 do 10 minut. Pečeno testo zvrnemo na prtič in zavijemo rolado s prtičem vred. Pustimo, da se ohladi, ga razvijemo namažemo z marmelado in ponovno zavijemo. Korenje in por očistimo, operemo in narežemo na kolobarčke. Ko smo riž malo podušili, mu dodamo korenje in por ter skupaj dušimo še cca 10 minut, če je potrebno zalijemo z vodo. Oblikujemo manjše polpete in jih ocvremo v vročem olju. Pustimo, da se malo ohladi, primešamo pretlačeno skuto, sesekljano čebulo in česen ter parmezan. Začinimo z muškatnim oreščkom, poprom in soljo. Ponev segrejemo in v njej z obeh strani zapečemo biftke. Zmanjšamo temperaturo in pečemo, da je meso zunaj hrustljavo v sredini pa še vedno rdeče. Segrejemo konjak ga z dolgo vžigalico prižgemo in takoj polijemo po biftkih. Plamen polijemo ozirom pogasimo s smetano. Vsako jajce posebej razbijemo v skodelico in enega za drugim spustimo v vrelo vodo in lonec odstavimo. Na maslu prepražimo sesekljano šalotk in česen, dodamo narezano špinačo in mešamo nekaj minut. Prilijemo mleko, solimo popopramo, dodamo muškatni orešček in kuhamo še tri minute, nato vmešamo stepeno smetano. V posodi zmešamo moko, belo vino, rumenjaka, sladkor, olje in sol. Testo naj počiva vsaj pol ure. Beljake stepemo v trd sneg in ga primešamo testu. Bezgove cvetove pomočimo v testo in jih na olju ocvremo. Pripravimo omako : polovico češenj zavremo v rdečem vinu, jih zmiksamo in dodamo med. Dodamo še sesekljan paradižnik, popopramo, posolimo, premešamo, dodamo dve zajemalki juhe, pokrijemo in na zmernem ognju kuhamo cca 20 minut. Mineštri dodamo še grah in riž, prilijemo še juho in kuhamo še 20 minut. Mineštra ne sme biti pregosta, po potrebi dolijemo še juhe. Potresemo s peteršiljem in premešamo. Dodamo še na kocke narezano bučo, olupljen in sesekljan paradižnik, posolimo in pokrito dušimo še cca 15 minut. Dodamo sesekljan česen in oljke ter vse skupaj dušimo. Počasi dolijemo vino in počasi dušimo, da se meso zmehča, omaka pa zgosti. Dodamo vejice rožmarina, popra in soli in še malo podušimo. Dodamo jajci, parmezan, maslo, sol in mesimo ter postopno dodajamo moko. Zamesimo ne pretrdo testo. Oblikujemo dolge okrogle svaljke in jih narežemo na cca 2 cm. V slanem kropu jih na zmernem ognju kuhamo nekaj minut, ko priplavajo na vrh, so kuhani. Poberemo jih v skledo in takoj postrežemo npr. z golažem. Kuhamo do mehkega (cca 20 minut) in nato pretlačimo. Prilijemo vodo, dodamo na kocke narezan korenček, koruzo, rebrca ali šunko ter na kocke narezana še dva krompirja. Mineštra se mora pri nizki temperaturi kuhati cca 3 ure. Posolimo in jih pustimo, da spustijo vodo. Povaljamo jih v moki in na hitro na vročem olju popečemo. Odcejene jajčevce položimo v pekač, prelijemo s paradižnikovo omako, zložimo narezano mocarelo, potresemo s parmezanom in vse skupaj spet ponovimo. Zalijemo s kisom, dodamo česen, lovorjev list, kuhamo cca petnajst minut in nato ohladimo. Očiščene sardone (brez glav) pomokamo in jih na olju na hitro popečemo. Z drugo polovico smetane premažemo torto po vrhu in ob strani. Prilijemo še toliko vode, da so ribe pokrite. Paprikaš kuhamo pri nizki temperaturi, ko zavre dodamo sol, po okusu malo pekoče paprike in belo vino. Kuhamo še cca 40 minut. Dodamo še ostale začimbe, posolimo in popopramo. Po petih minutah dodamo školjke, popražene kozice in kolobarčke lignja in dobro premešamo. Sproti dodajamo vodo, tako, da se ustvarja gosta omaka. Na koncu potresemo še sesekljan peteršilj. Špagete ne smemo razkuhati, ostati morajo trdni. Na toplem pustimo vzhajati toliko časa, da se testo podvoji.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Testo razvaljamo na 0,5 cm debelo in ga razrežemo na poljubne oblike, najboljše na pravokotnike. V sredini jih prerežemo. Flancate pokrijemo in pustimo vzhajati še približno 30 minut. Flancate damo v ne prevroče olje, posodo za nekaj minut pokrijemo, flancate obrnemo toda posode ne pokrijemo več. Pečemo jih toliko časa, da dobijo lepo zlato rumeno barvo. Mesimo toliko časa, da postane testo na površini gladko v notranjosti pa elastično in odstopa od posode in kuhalnice. Testo pustimo vzhajati toliko časa, da pridobi še enkrat na količini. Testo razvaljamo, nadev namažemo po vsem testu in trdo zvijemo. Pustimo, da še enkrat vzhaja v modelu, premažemo z stepenim jajcem in jo pečemo pri 180 do 200 stopinjah. Pečeno potico pustimo malo v modelu, potem pa jo stresemo na prtič, posujemo z mletim sladkorjem in razrežemo šele hladno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Nadev&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Zavremo mleko s polovico sladkorja in z njim poparimo mlete orehe. Pustimo, da se masa ohladi, dodamo cimet, rum, naribano limonino lupinico, dodamo maslo in vse skupaj rahlo umešamo. Posebej stepemo beljake v trd sneg  jim dodamo preostali sladkor in narahlo vmešamo v maso. Preliv zlijemo v skledo s krompirjem in redkvicami ter premešamo. Testo prekrijemo s peki papirjem in pečemo približno 15 minut v prej ogreti pečici (200 st.), odstranimo papir, zmanjšamo temp. na 180 st. in pečemo še cca 10 minut. Medtem v kozici stopimo maslo, dodamo sesekljano čebulo in pražimo, da čebula postekleni. Pekač vzamemo iz pečice in po testu razporedimo čebulo, dodamo kuhan brokoli in rezine sira. Posebej zmešamo jajci, rumenjaka, smetano, parmezan, posolimo in popopramo. S to zmesjo prelijemo kolač in ga obložimo s paradižniki. Na maslu prepražimo čebulo, da dobi lepo rumeno barvo, dodamo lovorjeva lista, pehtranove in timijanove liste ter na tanke koščke narezana korenčka. Kuhan in odcejen beli fižol&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;stresemo na čebulo z začimbami, prilijemo smetano, premešamo in počakamo da omaka zavre. Vrhove špargljev pa damo na stran za dekoracijo. Na maslu prepražimo sesekljano čebulo, česen in timijan, začinimo s poprom in posolimo. Dodamo nasekljane šparglje in juho ter med mešanjem kuhamo cca 20 minut oz. da se šparglji zmehčajo. Juho premešamo s paličnim mešalnikom, vanjo vmešamo kislo smetano, nariban parmezan in limonin sok. Po potrebi še popopramo in posolimo. Vse skupaj dobro premešamo. V ponvi za palačinke segrejemo malo olja, dodamo 3 žlice mase, jo enakomerno porazdelimo po ponvi in jo spečemo. Pokrijemo in pustimo počivati pol ure. Dodamo še preostalo moko, sol, sladkor in mleko. Testo dobro pregnetomo, pokrijemo s prtičem in ga pustimo na toplem, da vzhaja pol ure. Nato testo razvaljamo na 5 mm debelo, ga razrežemo na cca 5 cm široke trakove, en trak namažemo z marelično marmelado in ga pokrijemo z drugim trakom. S kozarcem izrežemo kroge, jih premažemo s stopljenim maslom in jih pustimo še pol ure, da vzhajajo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;V kozico vlijemo za 2 prsta visoko olja, ga segrejemo na cca 160 st. in ocvremo krofe najprej na eni strani, jih obrnemo in jih ocvremo še na drugi strani. Dodamo zdrobljeno margarino, premešamo, dodamo še sladkor, vanilij sladkor, limonino lupino, orehe, cimet, premešamo, naredimo jamico in vanjo damo jajci, dodamo še rum in smetano ter na hitro premešamo. Testo ne sme biti pretrdo. Polovico testa damo na pekač (cca 25 x 35 cm), ga z pomokano roko razgrnemo in nato amažemo z marelično marmelado. Dodamo kocko, solimo, popramo in kuhamo.  Juho zgostimo z rumenjakom, ki ga prej raztepemo v smetani ali mleku. Ko postane krompir steklen, ga potresemo z moko in zalijemo z vodo. V juho damo jušno kocko, sol in timijan in naj vre cca 20 minut. Na olju prepražimo čebulo in slanino, ko zarumeni dodamo narezano zelenjavo in jo pražimo približno 8 minut. Nazadnje dodamo na kocke narezan paradižnik in zalijemo z vodo (ali juho), posolimo in popopramo. Juha naj počasi vre, da se zelenjava zmehča. Ko je zelenjava skoraj že mehka zakuhamo malo nalomljenih tankih špagetov in pokuhamo, da se špageti skuhajo. Vre naj cca 20 minut. Medtem na olju najprej svetlo prepražimo moko, nato še sesekljano čebulo in česen. Ko prežganje porumeni in zadiši, mu prilijemo malo mrzle vode, še malo pokuhamo in ga dodamo v obaro. Dodamo še timijan, majaron, limonino lupino in lovorjev list. Obara se naj kuha še toliko časa, da se meso zmehča. Zalijemo z vodo, toliko, da prekrije meso. Kuhamo cca 20 minut. Dodamo strt česen, kumino, lovorjev list, majaron, mleto rdečo papriko, paradižnikovo mezgo in rdeče vino. Dobro premešamo in dušimo še približno 1 uro, da se meso zmehča. Vse skupaj dobro premešamo. V marinado položimo očiščena in osušena brancina, pokrijemo s folijo, postavimo za cca 1 uro v hladilnik in ribi vmes enkrat obrnemo. Po cca 1 uri vzamemo pekač iz hladilnika. Pod ribi in ob njej stresemo na koščke narezan krompir, na koščke narezano čebulo, limono narezano na krhlje in stroke česna. Vse skupaj dobro premešamo in pustimo stati cca 10 minut.  V primeru, da je masa preredka dodamo še malo drobtin in dobro premešamo. Stresemo na pomokano površino in dobro zgnetemo v gladko testo. Počiva naj 15 minut. Razdelimo na tri dele in razvaljamo na cca 2 mm debelo. Razvaljano testo položimo na namaščen pekač in damo v ogreto pečico (cca 180 stopinj) in pečemo, da dobi lepo rumeno barvo. Pečene mlince nalomimo na koščke, jih stresemo v posodo, prelijemo z vrelo vodo in pokrijemo. Ko se zmehčajo jih odcedimo. Moke dodamo samo toliko, da se masa lepo sprime in ni premehka. Z mokrimi rokami oblikujemo kroglice in jih damo v vrelo vodo, da se skuhajo. Damo ga v plastično vrečko in v hladilnik, da počiva.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Med tem časom očistimo in za prst na debele ploščice narežemo bučo, jo damo na namaščen pekač in pečemo v ogreti pečici cca 15 minut. Pečeno in ohlajeno bučo solimo, zmiksamo, dodamo muškatni orešček, naribano limonino lupino in nariban parmezan.&lt;br /&gt;Očiščeno špinačo kuhamo približno 5 minut, jo odcedimo in sesekljamo. Zmešamo jo s skuto, muškatnim oreščkom, posolimo in popopramo in zmešamo skupaj z bučnim nadevom.&lt;br /&gt;Testo razvaljamo, ga namažemo z nadevom in zvijemo. Zavijemo ga v mokro krpo in ga kuhamo v osoljeni vodi približno 20 minut. Krompir odcedimo, pretlačimo in malo počakamo, da se ohladi. Dodamo moko ter jajce in  zgnetemo v gladko testo.&lt;br /&gt;Iz testa oblikujemo za prst debel valj in ga narežemo, njoki naj počivajo  približno 15 minut.&lt;br /&gt;V loncu zavremo osoljeno vodo in vanjo damo njoke. Počasi naj vrejo približno 5 minut, da priplavajo na vrh. Posolimo, popopramo in dobro premešamo. Dodamo grobo sesekljane žajbljeve liste in dolijemo vodo z zelenjavno kocko. Pokrijemo in pečemo približno 45 minut. Vse skupaj zgnetemo v  gladko testo. Testo položimo v naoljeno skledo, ga pokrijemo in pustimo da vzhaja  cca 1 uro. Nato ga še enkrat pregnetemo,  razvaljamo v velik krog, debel približno 1 centimeter in ga položimo na naoljen pekač. Testo premažemo s preostalim oljčnim oljem, dodamo sesekljano  čebulo, lističe rožmarina in grobo sol. Čebulo in rožmarin rahlo pritisnemo na testo. Čez testo položimo namaščeno folijo in pustimo še cca pol ure na toplem. V ponvi stopimo maslo in ga malo ohladimo, mu dodamo sladkor, sol rumenjake in limonino lupino. V skledo stresemo moko in dodamo maslo s pridanimi sestavinami. Dodamo še vzhajan kvas, preostalo mleko in vse skupaj zgnetemo v gladko testo. Testo pomokamo, pokrijemo in pustimo vzhajati približno pol ure, da močno naraste. Testo še enkrat pregnetemo, ga oblikujemo v hlebec ali štruco in položimo na pekač obložen s peki papirjem. Testo pokrijemo in pustimo vzhajati še cca 25 minut.
